In the series of events being celebrated in Pratap College of Education, Ludhiana related to the Silver Jubilee Year  Organizing Hindi Day Celebration  This was done. In the presence of college principal Dr. Manpreet Kaur, all the staff members and students of M.Ed., B.Ed. and D.El.Ed. classes  Participated in the Hindi Day celebration with great enthusiasm.

  On this occasion, Sanya Sharma (Member, of the Hindi Advisory Committee, Home Ministry, Government of India) attended as a special guest. Some of the students who have passed out from the college in the past years are part of the college's Alumni Association  As a member of, he came to the college especially to participate in the Hindi Diwas celebrations. Dr. Poonam Bala, Head of the Hindi Department of the college welcomed everyone including the honoured guest Sanya Sharma in the college auditorium.

  Hindi Diwas is organized every year in the college. A glimpse of the history of Hindi Diwas was shown through the related photographs. Thereafter, the special guest Sanya Sharma addressed the entire gathering.

He said that we should respect the Hindi language every day and feel proud to use the Hindi language in our daily routine. He said that Hindi can play an important role in passing on the cultural heritage of India to the future generations.

 

 

 By singing poems, songs etc. college students  Pupils and Alumni Association  The alumni associated with the institute expressed their feelings in the function. In the end, everyone congratulated each other on Hindi Diwas and pledged to respect Indian languages. Dr Poonam Bala thanked everyone for their cooperation in making this event successful.  Thanks for giving it.

 

 After the Hindi Diwas celebration, an alumni meet was held with the members of the Alumni Association who had come to the college. College Alumni Association Incharge Dr. Poonam Bala, Mrs Alka Joshi and College Principal Dr. Manpreet Kaur welcomed all the members were welcomed in the Alumni Meet. Thereafter, a new team of Alumni members 2024-25 was formed for the next year to conduct activities  The decision was taken.
