Hindi Day is celebrated in BVM

Hindi Diwas was celebrated today as a day symbolizing respect and pride of Hindi language in Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Udham Singh Nagar. On this occasion, students from class IV to VIII participated in various activities. Formation of words by adding vowels was done in class four, written activity related to national symbols was done in class five, silent act based on idioms was done in class six, puzzle solving was done in class seven and poetry recitation was done in class eight. The main objective of these activities was to make students familiar with the Hindi subject. The aim was to generate interest in Hindi. Apart from this, the school teacher Mrs. Vandana Sareen explained the importance of the Hindi language through her speech. The school's Principal Mrs. Seema Gupta extended her heartfelt wishes on Hindi Diwas and appealed to everyone to respect the Hindi language.
