Green Land Convent School, New Subhash Nagar, Near Basti Jodhewal, Ludhiana, is proud to announce its exceptional performance in the Kheda Vatan Punjab Diyaan – Chess District Level Tournament.

In the U-17 category, Jaspreet Singh Kaur emerged victorious, securing the top position and claiming the Gold Medal with exceptional skill and determination. In the U-21 category, Yuvraj Singh and in the U-31-40 category, Mr. Rohit Bajaj, a teacher of, the Physical Education Department showcased his strategic acumen in the said competition.

It is a moment of great pride that three participants from the school, including one faculty member, have earned the prestigious honour of advancing to the State Level Chess Tournament.

Dr. Rajesh Rudhra, Chairman of the Chain of Green Land Schools, extended his warm congratulations to the students for their outstanding achievements. He acknowledged their hard work and the dedication of their coaches, highlighting that these victories not only enhance the school's reputation but also inspire other students to actively participate in sports. He wished all the players good luck for the State Level Chess Tournament.
