ATAM JAYANTI CELEBRATION

Atam Shukla Shiv Birth Anniversary was observed at Atam Public Sr. Sec.  School with deep reverence and spiritual fervour.

On this auspicious occasion, the esteemed Gurudev Shri Alok Muni Ji Maharaj, North Indian Preceptor Shri Sudha Ji Maharaj, Mahasadhvi Dr. Archana Ji Maharaj, and Dr. Smriti Ji Maharaj graced the event along with their disciples. The Atam premises echoed with the chanting of the Navkar Mantra and the prayer "Atam Bada Pyara Naam Hai". Students from 9th and 10th grade presented anecdotes from history highlighting the sacred relationship between guru and disciple. Students from 5th and 6th grades presented the devotional song, "Guru Atam Ke Janm Ka Din Hai", filling the event with devotional ardor.

Subsequently, Raina Jain, a student from grade 10, enlightened the gathering with an insightful discourse on the life and philosophy of Acharya Samrat Pujya Shri Atma Ram Ji Maharaj. Students further charged the atmosphere by chanting the hymn, "Guruwar Ka Janamdin Aaya Hai" immersed everyone in the spiritual notes.

The School's Principal, Mrs. Bandana Sethi, emphasized the significance of the sacred bond between a Guru and a disciple. She stated, "History bears witness that whenever there is a union between a capable teacher and a worthy disciple, the path of human welfare naturally unfolds." On this auspicious day, both teachers and students must commit to becoming true torchbearers of great Indian tradition.

Dr. B.D. Budhiraja, Director of Academics the school, extolled the virtues of saints, stating that great saints always embody the principle of "Live and let live" and furthermore, the students were encouraged to pledge and follow the teachings of great Jain acharya guru Atma Ram Ji Maharaj.

The School's Secretary, Shri Suresh Jain, contemplated the spiritual verse "Humein Rahon Waale Raahi Ki Raah Par Chalna Hai," and urged everyone to adhere to it with determination.

Revered Acharya Dr. Smriti Ji Maharaj inspired everyone to walk on the footsteps and follow the religious ideals of the highly esteemed Atma Ram Ji Maharaj. The respected Mahasadhvi Dr. Archana Ji Maharaj blessed everyone with her divine words, urging all to adopt to a lifelong vegetarian lifestyle. Shri Aman Muni Ji Maharaj encouraged the students   to honor their teachers, parents, and elders. On this sacred and unforgettable day, the honourable President of the School, Shri Sanjeev Hiralal Jain Ji, expressed gratitude for everyone’s presence and unveiled the book ‘Amar Gatha’ of Shraman Sangh’s First Patthadhar Atam Guruvr”.

 The esteemed President of the school, Shri Sanjeev Hiralal Jain, with his family members & Shri Gyan Chand Ji (Vice President), Shri Sham Lal Jain Ji (Trustee), Smt. Neelam Jain Ji (Trustee - Kangaroo Group of Industries), Dr. Ravinder Kochhar, Shri Suresh Jain (General Secretary), Shri Ashwani Jain, Dr. Mrs. Babita Jain, Shri Sanjay Jain Kidley, Shri Lalit Jain (Trustee), Dr. Yogesh Jain, Dr. Sushil Chilotra (Dean - Lord Mahavir College), Shri Upendra Tripathi, Shri Sunil Jain Ji (Trustee), Shri Rajinder Jain, Shri Jatinder Jain Ji (Chairman - S. S. Jain Sabha Civil Lines), and Shri Sunil Jain (President - S. S. Jain Sabha Janata Nagar) with their members, along with Principal Smt. Sanjana Arora and the staff of Atam Nursery School graced the occasion. The ceremony concluded with the recitation Mangal Path.
