ISRO Achieves Milestone with Successful SSLV-D3/EOS-08 Launch

On Friday 16 Augus 2024 The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) successfully conducted the third developmental flight of its Small Satellite Launch Vehicle (SSLV) from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh. Following the successful satellite insertion, ISRO Chairman S. Somanath announced that the development of the SSLV has been completed. Somanath confirmed that the SSLV-D3/EOS-08 mission precisely placed the spacecraft into the intended orbit without any deviations.
